Offer Portal Guide
Custom offer portals are a great way to market your listings, educate buyers and buyer agents and give them an easy way to view your listings and make offers. To access your offer portal, click on Quick Links in your dashboard and select offer portal. If you have active or pre-market properties in your platfrom, they will automatically show.
Your custom offer portal is built on your domain, features your logo and shows your listings. Within your offer portal you can choose:
- Which properties to display
- Offer count / activity display
- Bidding count down display
- Highest and best count down
- Offer history
You can user your offer platfrom in two main ways.
- Use your offer portal link
- Use property specific marketing links
In each method you can add the links to the MLS or where you choose to market your listings. Buyers and buyer agents can easily click on your listings, create an account and make and offer.
