Making Direct Offers

Making a direct offer is an easy solution if you are wanting to make an offer on a listing you have and or if you are helping another agent submit an offer.   Ideally agents will register as buyer agents and make offers on their own, but this serves as an easy solution if they cannot. 

How to make a direct offer

• From your dashboard, click on properties
• Locate the property and click on the offers section within the property
• On the left side you will see direct offer
• Click direct and select what type of offer you want to make

Note- when making a direct offer it will automatically pass to your seller

Now that an offer is made, you can compare, counter, accept or reject using your offer automation tools.
