Create Your Personal Buyer List

This is one of the most important features within for agents.  Not only can you create, invite, and manage your own buyer network, but this will allow you to stand out when working with sellers, institutional clients and or investors.  

Imagine being able to click a button and send a property out to 10, 20, 30 or 100+ buyers that you created and control.  Think of what this can do for sellers and how you can use it to stand apart from every other agent in your market.   Think of the value you will add and bring to your sellers.

There are two ways to create your own buyer network.

1.  Manually add buyers
2.  Use your custom invite link and invite buyers in

Below we will walk you through each step and show you how to then pass properties to your buyer network.

Manually add your buyers

To manually create your buyer network, follow these simple steps:

* In your iList console, at the top, click buyer network.
* Click add buyer and select individual or company
* Create the buyer profile and buy box criteria and hit save

This buyer is now in your buyer network and you can edit, approve or remove as you like.

Invite your buyers

To automatically create your buyer network using the invite link, follow these simple steps:

* In your dashboard, at the top, click buyer network
* click the invite link and copy it
* Send this link to your buyer or buyer list.   Note:  You can also place this link on social media or send it to a bulk database
* A buyer will fill out their information, create a profile and buy box
