Click add property and enter the address
Add the market value and seller information
Complete the cash offer questions
Select the buyers
Add your compensation
Request offers. and follow the steps.

Once you complete you will have offers in the property record.

Note: if you add a property manually you can add the seller information or you can add place holder information. In either case make sure you are using unique email addresses. If you want to edit the seller information later, you can do so by clicking contacts and then edit next to the seller name.

How a Seller Can Request Cash Offers

The process is similar to the above steps, but in this case a seller engages with your site, landing pages or email marketing. When they click on view my offers they have the opportunity to save their property or request offers. Either way you will be notified.

When a seller saves or adds a property:

Go to your properties
On the property that was added, click tasks
Complete the "Request Cash Offer" task
Follow the steps, Select the Buyers, Add your compensation and request offers.

Once you complete you will have offers in the property record.
