Compare Offers

This is a great tool to use anytime you have multiple offers.   This allows you to select offers and compare them side by side and share the comparison with your seller. 

If you are comparing cash / instant offers, you can also add a "Market Value" offer in the comparison to show them not only the pros and cons of the instant offer, but also what you could potentially achieve on the open market.  This is a great way to convert.

• Click on offers
• Click compare
• Select the offers
