Quick Add a Property to generate values and offers

Creating a property is simple and there are a few ways in which you can do so. This will allow you to manually add a property, invite sellers in and or generate instant offers.

To add a property manually from your dashboard:

Click Add Property
Select the property type
Add the seller information or place holder information. It is crucial to use unique email addresses if you are using place holder information.
Follow the remaining steps

Note: if you added or intended to add a property for instant offers and you do not see offers make sure you have added your cash offer partners and or make sure your task within the property record " Request Offers" is completed.

To add a property from visitor report

Click the + sign next to a the address you wish to add
Select the type of property
Complete the seller information or place holder information. It is crucial to use unique email address if you are using place holder information.
Click properties on your dashboard to view the property.

Seller creates a property

Another way a property can be added is by the seller. When a seller engages with you automation they have the choice to save a property, or create a seller dashboard. They can do this through your website, landing pages and or email marketing. When they save or create, a new property will automatically show up on your dashboard.

Note: if the seller requested instant offers you will need to complete your task located in the property record. When you complete the task, multiple offers will generate.
